Our story
Where it all began.
It all began in 2018 when a group of experienced 'eventees' came together to work on a large scale project in Queenstown, NZ.
All working in individual events, printing and marketing careers around the country at that time, they found a connection in their complementary skillsets and set on a path towards creating an environment where those skills could flourish to help our clients create magical moments.
Silk Design was founded in 2019. Beginning initially with smaller creative event production and signage installations and has grown into a full scale event design studio offering creative solutions to clients throughout New Zealand and internationally.
